At IndianExtrusions.com (Company: UNIC ALUTECH PVT LTD), we are committed to providing high-quality aluminum extrusion products. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product will be considered eligible for return under the following conditions:

• The item has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or structural integrity.
• The defect is reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Eligible Conditions

Returns will not be accepted for issues arising from:

• Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Customizations or modifications made after delivery.

4. Return Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at aluminium@unic.bz within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting photographs.
2. Evaluation: Our team will review your submission and may request additional information or evidence to assess the defect.
3. Return Authorization: If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Shipping: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

• If the defect is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement of the same item or a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs.
• If the item is found not to have a manufacturing defect, it will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
